Subway to New York
The Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH) subway system provides a quick and easy way to get to directly to midtown or downtown Manhattan—no transfers required. Trains run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from 4 conveniently located stations throughout Jersey City: Exchange Place, Grove Street, Pavonia/Newport and Journal Square. You can find a map of the PATH subway system here.
The PATH subway system is also a great way to get to some of Jersey City's most exciting destinations, such as the Jersey City Museum and New Jersey City University (Grove Street Station), St. Peter's College and the Loews Jersey City Theater (Journal Square Station), and the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson (Exchange Place station). PATH trains also connect to NJ Transit Rail Service for travel to points south and west of the city.
